Bayswater Painters & Decorators
Your enquiry and personal information.
When you ask us to consider a repaint, your message needs to reach the business with a way to reply. The following sections set out what the form sends, where it goes and how to raise a question about your personal information with Hampstead Renovations Limited (Company No. 16838595).
What you provide
To send the form, you enter your name, phone number, email address and a message. The postcode or area field is optional. A submission contains the page address within its subject so the business can identify the service you were reading about. There is no attachment field. Keep private access codes and unnecessary details about other residents out of the message.
How a form enquiry travels
The website sends those fields to Formsubmit’s AJAX endpoint for delivery to contact@hampsteadrenovations.co.uk. Your contact information is used to consider the proposed work and correspond with you about it. A delayed on-screen confirmation can leave delivery uncertain; telephone or WhatsApp provides another way to check whether the enquiry has arrived.
When you use another contact channel
Choosing WhatsApp takes you to that service. Email and telephone links ask your device to open its associated application. Those providers operate under their own privacy arrangements. You decide which channel to use and what further information to supply; the website form does not require photographs or documents.
Usage and performance tools
The code can load Google Analytics when a measurement ID is configured. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are included when the Vercel environment condition is active. These tools concern browsing and performance rather than the content of the enquiry form. For a question about measurement on a particular visit, give the page and date when contacting the company.
Questions and information rights
Contact contact@hampsteadrenovations.co.uk about information you have supplied, including requests for access, correction or deletion. Explain which correspondence the request concerns, without sending more personal information than is needed to identify it. Letters may be sent to Unit 3 Palace Court, 250 Finchley Road, London NW3 6DN. You can also consult the Information Commissioner’s Office about your data-protection rights.
